Modern Trendz was established by Mr. Sivaguru in 2011 having vast experience in the field of interior designing and construction. To visualise an idea and present it to the customer in an effective and efficient manner are some of his strong holds. Under his leadership, we have a proven track record of completing quality projects on time and on budget. We have successfully completed around 40 residential and commercial building constructions, around 100 residential and commercial interior works and around 40 renovation works. Our highly skilled and experienced staff and field team members have established a standard of excellence that is well recognized in the construction industry. We undertake commercial, industrial and institutional projects involving new building construction in coimbatore, renovations and interior works. As a general contractor, we self-perform foundations, masonry, carpentry, metal studs, drywall, and acoustical ceiling work.
